Do I need to close my physical shop to use AIDukaan?
Not at all. AIDukaan sits on top of the shop you already run. Keep serving walk-in customers as usual — your online dukaan and its agents simply add a second, always-open counter.
What exactly do the AI agents do?
Your agents handle the work that used to eat your day: the catalog agent writes listings and generates product photos, the pricing agent keeps prices and stock in order, the support agent answers customer questions, and the orders agent confirms and follows up on orders — so you can focus on your products and your customers.
Do I need coding or technical skills?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use AIDukaan. Add a product photo, name your shop, and share your link — that's it.
Is AIDukaan really free?
Yes. AIDukaan is currently in beta and completely free. Create your dukaan, add unlimited products and start selling — no credit card required.
How fast can I be online?

Can customers pay and order in rupees?
Yes — AIDukaan is built for Bharat first, with rupee pricing, a mobile-first storefront and WhatsApp-friendly sharing, while still supporting other currencies if you sell outside India.
Can I use my own domain?
You start with a free subdomain like yourshop.aidukaan.store. Custom domain support is on the roadmap.
Can a developer or agency build on top of it?
Yes. We provide a fully typed REST API and webhooks so developers can build custom storefronts and integrations while the agents and checkout run underneath.
